Listen to your heart. Trust this internal guidance system to lead you up the right path. The more you tune in to the frequency of your inner voice, the more easily it can communicate with you, and the happier you will be.
It’s easy to let the noise of the world silence the whispers of the heart, but you cannot live a life that feels like your own if you avoid the truth of who you are and negate the potential of who you can be.

Most of the time when people express these things or we experience the feelings, they are call for help. Look to the stars. Whatever gives you hope, comfort, or a feeling of peace, go to this. Prayer, meditation, or star gazing are some ways to center yourself. There is help all around, just!

As adults, most of us have lost the ability to quiet our minds. We're always multitasking and have lists for our lists. Only with a quiet mind can we start to be in the 'now', and only when we're in the 'now' can we start to connect with the Universe.
When you look at the great minds throughout history (think Einstein, Tesla, Socrates to name just a few)...they all had at least one thing in common...they all had the ability to be in the NOW, to have a QUIET mind.
There is a technique that specifically works to quiet your mind. It is called the Kirtan Kriya (or the Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation). This is the only meditation I teach. It gives your physical brain just enough to do so your mind can train itself to be quiet.
