Day 2 - Fraser Island camping trip: The post-workout swim. Arguably one of the best feelings you can experience. Once the hard work has been put in and the session is over, the ocean swim empties the endorphin tank and floods every inch of the body with feel-good energy lasting for hours and days! Add to that equation a little bit of sunshine to dry you off, and you'll officially arrive at cloud nine.
Fitness doesn't always have to mean running and burpees! Mix it up a little with some fun and variety in your exercises. Stand up paddle boarding is one of my favourite leisure activities, it's fun, beautiful and can get quite tough on the core and balance, especially when you're going against a current or surfing some waves!
This photo was taken on Puka Beach, Boracay Island in the Philippines. Such a stunning beach with bright blue crystal clear waters and perfect white sand. I absolutely loved the Philippines, so much to do with some incredible beaches and a little less touristy than other places in Asia. In terms of adventuring there were some great activities such as swimming with whale sharks and Canyoning through rivers and waterfalls.
