Felt like shit the entire workout and for hours afterward. As frustrating as days like this can be, I’m thankful for them because they keep me grounded. They also create the real growth and re-evaluation. My boys were getting after it doe! @mark_beerman@rogue_marvel80
My lifts have been looking lazy lately, need to keep the shoulders back and my butt down. Just have to be more cognizant of good starting position and staying tight in the middle of the workouts. Even slowing down and making sure good form is the priority over speed. I was getting my head through on my jerks more but still not enough. I also failed too many snatches... Even in my warm ups I failed 95lbs three times. But I’m starting lazy so I’m not staying tight enough and I’m not locking the bar out. It’s all good though, looking forward to fixing it. Hitting this one again later in the week because I feel I can do so much better. And if I don’t then that’s the score I deserve to get.
No mask today because I had 2 neighbors come in that barely know. Don't feel like freaking them out with my mask ;) My form is horrible with cleans and I tend to do more of a deadlift. So I am muscling through them instead of form. If anyone could give pointers it would be much appreciated since I am self taught.
