🧘‍♀️Back to stretching, and not just your body but your soul, your mind, your horizons, your fears, your ambitions….

🙈I am in my very late 40s and I won’t let that stop me …EVER…💪🏻

⌚️The only thing that CANNOT be stretched? Time! Each day only has 24hours, each week only has 7 days…but you have years and years to keep doing what you want to do!

25lbs lost in 15 weeks! Calories never below 2400 a day, cardio 20 mins a day, carbs before and after training and a cheat meal once a week. There has been the odd day where it has been hard but overall very very easy. Reasonably happy with where I am at the moment condition wise, time to let off the cardio, not completely but will be considerably less. If there is one thing I'd never do again, it's a keto diet, I did that during prep for the first show and considering I've lost near enough the same weight dieting with carbs this time, I would 100% keep carbs in. With the keto diet, I felt horrible, tired all the time and general day to day things became difficult, with this diet I've felt good 99% of the time. The easiest way for me was to find my calorie maintenance ( the amount of calories you use day to day) and took 10% off. My maintenance was 3000 calories a day, i could eat that (clean) and my body weight would not change, all i did after that was deduct 10%, so started dieting at 2700 calories, after 4 or 5 weeks when the weight loss stopped, again took another 200 calories off, and then 100 calories a few weeks after that.
