Start in the middle of the arch. Wrap from the bottom up. Work all the way from your arch, over your ankle, and up into your achilles/calf. This should be wrapped tight!

Once wrapped, we now want to create motion at the ankle joint. For about a minute. Walk around, perform calf raises, and perform a few squats.
