Perform each move for 20 seconds and take a 10 second break, twice in a row, for a total of 4 minutes.
Side Lunges to the Right (power off your moving foot)
Side Lunges to the Left (power off your moving foot)
Butt Kicks (important to squeeze your hamstrings and get your heels as close to your butt as possible)
Switch Kicks (keeping your core tight, bring up your legs as high as you can without leaning backwards)
