Monday Tip: The way I approach the start of a new week has a major effect on how the rest of my week goes .
If I sit and dwell on the fact that it's #Monday and stress about everything I have to do this week, it puts me into a negative mindset.
Instead of worrying about everything you have in front of you, sit down and make a list.
Make 3 columns:
•Needs to be done, but not on any specific day
•If I have time.
Seeing your tasks in front of you will help minimize those overwhelming thoughts and you'll often find that what you have going on didn't deserve the worry you were giving it!
