Three main ingredients to my current post-workout drink that I’m loving ️♂️ Whey protein to build (grassfed, non-gmo, high quality, NON-DENATURED! which is important), collagen to accompany the whey since collagen is an incomplete protein so with the complete amino acid profile of the whey it helps to build muscle and better hair/skin/nails, and a serving of organic Moringa to help post workout inflammation. I’ll get a good 47g of protein in there with all of this. Place all this in the blender with your liquid of choice (I use coconut milk), a little xylitol or monk fruit, and you’re set!
