Well me and Alfie have been having a lovely weekend with my brother and Alfie Uncle Sam who has come over from Poland. Uncle Sam has been teaching Alfie how to annoyed mummy like he did when we were growing up, which is not good new for me as Alfie is definitely learning well. So when I'm complaining about him annoying me next week we all know where he learnt it from and who to blame lol to get Uncle Sam back me and Alfie decided we didn't want to walk around the garden centre and decided that Uncle Sam should push us around . This is how we roll lol hope everyone's having a good weekend and getting up to lots of mischief like me and Alfie are
What a weekend! For 6 years now I've wanted to study yoga and the right time to begin has finally come. I am completely in awe of this beautiful practice and everything it entails. My body is exhausted and sore, my mind is complete mush but my heart is so happy. It was extra challenging for me as it was the first time I'd left my boy for a day. (twice) I was super emotional and found it very difficult to remain present throughout my first day but it was worth it because after all, I'm doing this for him! I believe yoga has the power to make us better parents, better lovers, better friends, better members of society.. better people.
And of course, Ziggy was completely fine without me, in the safe hands of his Papa Bear. (Love you, you super supportive, beautiful man.) We sealed the weekend sharing a mandarin with this sweet furry friend life is incredible.
