22 Days post-op.
I'm learning to slow my mind down. We live in a world where everything moves at light speed. I want my body to heal faster, to move faster. I need it so I can return back to work and life..but our bodies heal at it's own pace and that's something I can not control. No matter how strong I think my body is, it's going to do it's own thing.
I'm a little behind in "Recovery Protocal/Timeline". I'm not able to fully move onto Phase 2 of therapy yet. Hopefully on Monday my PT gives the πŸ‘Œ to move on 🀞 Gotta stay Strong and Positive! .
Therapy is a full time gig. Morning to Night working on that knee. πŸ˜₯
