Feeling pretty luck to have this all to myself! Not another soul around. #landscapearch #desertlover

For the last photo, we have a scene from a canal on Seagull Island【海鸥岛】. The island is very far from the central city but still close enough to the long reach of Metro Line 4 to be accessible. It features some of the expanses of rural farmland and water villages that are incorporated into Guangzhou city. Seagull Island is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the sprawling urban core and a chance to see pastoral life along with the unique architecture and urban design of water villages. Thanks for following along and hope you enjoyed the photos of this fantastic city! #wayfindingguideGuangzhou

This morning, we went to Red Hook to check out the existing trees at our Ballfields #1-4 project. This 20-acre site is Phase 3 of the overall 4-phase, $106 million project to remediate and reconstruct the Red Hook Recreational Area. Phase 3 includes a track, four ballfields, and three soccer fields. ABB is excited to be working with @nycparks on Phases 1-3 of this transformative project.

Bicycles parked on a stone tile street in the Yuexiu District【越秀区】the ancient center of Guangzhou. Although there is minimal dedicated infrastructure for bicycles in Guangzhou compared to cities like Beijing, that does not prevent them from being ubiquitous in every corner of the city. With the advent of shared bike companies such as Mobike and Ofo, the bicycle has seen an urban renaissance in China. #wayfindingguideGuangzhou

Despite the narrow non-linear streets, getting lost in XiaoZhou Village is a pleasant experience. It's on an island so if you walk around long enough, you will eventually return to find something familiar. #wayfindingguideGuangzhou

Welcome to the second day of @yoeltaomas takeover!
In the Haizhu district lies another urban village called XiaoZhou Village【小洲村】. Although it is very similar in urban design to other villages in the city, it is kept well cleaned as it is a local tourist attraction. Here one can wander the tiny streets and visit cafes and art studios. Tiny bridges span the small canals that bisect the village.
