Any progress is better than no progress!!! I love to see how far my #legs came from. I wish I had a picture of how little they were. Now I got a nice size and even my calves got bigger and I’m not even flexing them really. I’m getting some definition with them. I use to hate #legday but it’s not too bad once you see the #gains that make it all worth it. The hard work paying off and hitting them twice a week more helped me in a major way. I still want my legs bigger and stacked. I’m not settling for average anything! I’m trying to grow everything at all times
HAPPY THURSDAY Wow okay filming and editing your own videos is so hard I filmed a bunch of other stuff but technology is hard so here's a lil bit of what I did.
I'm also TERRIBLE at remembering the names of workouts so you say tomato I say tomato (quite literally I got the names from Pinterest)
1. Romanian deadlift 3 x 10
2. Single leg kickbacks 1 x 12 increase weight 2x10 (each leg)
3. Single leg deadlift 3x10 - I have a lot of weakness in my knees so when I do a lot of single leg exercises I have to hold on to something (and that's okay)
I did some cable squats, calf raises, 10 min of cardio (doesn't sound like a lot but I do have bronchitis so it did a number on my lungs) and a few other hamstring exercises.
Tomorrow is back, tri's and abs wooo & it's Friday!!!
