Tengo un problema, y es serio. Me gusto demasiado. Además de grabarme en cada repe me miro al espejo jaja. Me mola ver los cambios y donde puedo mejorar, ya que soy una floja y hay que darle duro.

8 meses entrenando serio. Mismo peso, pero el cuerpo totalmente distinto.

Es época que todo el mundo saca venas, pero no el momento de sacar las mías (@aurorapalicio esa vena si que sale 😘) pero llegará!!

todays breakfast and all my meals will be low carb today. so last night I had a complete blow out I had so much cheese on toast and and chocolate and cake it was unreal followed by 2 huge bowls of cereal.
do I feel guilty? NO
do I regret it.? NO
did I enjoy it? YES
I have a fast metabolism as I constantly lift heavy weights so my body constantly craves food as a maintenance cycle my macros are 3400 calories a day.
250g protein
350g carbs
100g fat
but 1 day a week I allow myself 1000 free calories that can be whatever I choose and 1 day on the weekend to eat what I want when I want no calorie or food restrictions whatsoever. last night I had over 2200 extra calories am I bothered not at all. 1 day of junk is not gonna make me fat just like 1 day of clean eating ain't gonna make me lean. it's about consistency and the only way to be consistent is to be realistic! I choose foods that I enjoy and that I know I can stick to it! I'm not going to cut all my foods out to get lean in 4 weeks cos after the 4 weeks il just get fat again I would rather have a lifestyle that allows me to eat bread and cheese but in moderation and to fit in with my macros. I've been training bodybuilding for over 10 years now and I've tried every diet possible and I've had results from all different diets and I always stay lean but I've had mental break downs on certain diets and hormone imbalances and not enjoyed my life as I became antisocial. I've done this diet and this way of eating for 4 years now and anyone who knows me will tell you I stay lean all year round but yet I eat out 2-3 times a week and I'm always eating stuff that most people would not be allowed but yet my body doesn't change my abs stay????
