Spent more than 2 hrs at the gym trying to build this πŸ‘& it felt amazing!! 155x1 squats w/ 40-80 bands.. i actually PR’d today, 185x1 but my silly self forgot to hit the record button πŸ˜πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ followed by lots of accessories. -hack squats 4x10, leg extensions 4x10, calf raises 4x10, belt squats 45x3x20, & trained to do pistol squats and more πŸ‘ workouts w/ bands.
