MCT oil is believed to be lacking in most diets, and that's because people have been taught to fear all kinds of saturated fat. 📌However, MCT oil is a type of "good" fatty acid, which can be found naturally in coconut oil and some dairy products (full fat yogurt, cheese, butter from grass-fed cows..).
📌Studies show that MCT oil provides quick energy for the body and is less likely to be stored as fat. Still, some studies have also shown it to raise bad cholesterol levels.
📌And some athletes swear it is the best fat burning supplement on the market, while keto/low carb advocates praise it.
📌Bottom line, any extra calories can be stored as fat - so if you're planning to add MCT oil to your diet, just make sure to factor it in. (1 teaspoon has about 100 calories and 14g of fat).

There are some days when I doubt myself a lot.
I’m in this weird ‘inbetween’ phase where I’m not lean but not big... and I kinda have abs in some lighting but then look 3 months pregnant in others 🤷🏼‍♀️😂.
Some days I feel like I’m not heading in the direction I want to be heading in.

It’s human nature to want results quicker than they will happen, especially when you put the work in day in and day out - you want to see the changes you’re working your butt off for.

BUT, my mind is ultimately very simple - I want to build muscle therefore I must persevere with building it.
At the end of the day there is no need to overcomplicate things 🙇🏼‍♀️.
Make a game plan.
Stick to it.
Achieve what you want.
