Goals are all individual - compete against yourself & stop looking around for who’s doing it better. My daughters have been trying to perfect their headstands but my youngest kept comparing herself to her big sister who’s done headstands like a champ for years. #selfiesaturday coming your way. I more than doubled up on them today too. I have a tiny pull or tear in my shoulder (rotator cuff I think), so I have been babying my arm for a few days and sticking to arm and leg movements where I am not using it for anything. .
Did ultra light weights (4x25) today for shoulders and felt pretty good! Used med- range weight for my back with 12-15 reps for most movements
There are 7 days in a week and SOMEDAY isn’t one of them ! The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It’s as simple as that.
