Do you Scribe? Writing in a journal daily is known to release stresses and help you to understand frustrations or worry's that may be bringing you down.
You begin to realise why you've dealt with certain situations the way you have and how better to deal with them next time, if there is a next time.
Scribing is a way to grow and learn more about yourself because when you go back to read what you've wrote and begin to feel how you felt on particular days, you realise how far you've come in your life. Celebrations you may have forgotten about or times when you were down you can reflect on and think 'wow what a year I've had!' People forget what happens to them, big & small, gee I forget what I did the day before last so scribing for me, while it helps to release tension & let go of crappy moments, I can go back & remember the better times & the times that truly matter I know alot is coming for me in the next 12 months, I can feel it deep down in my gut (intuition never lies you know ) so knowing that I'll be writing down all of my experiences & triumphs and then being able to reflect on that in years to come, excites me just as much as what's actually coming. So I ask again, do you scribe?
