This week’s Sunday meal-prep creation by yours truly ♀️ Greek chicken salad: 2 chicken breasts shredded, 2 Tbsp olive oil mayo made with cage free organic eggs, 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt, red onion, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, olives, 1 whole avocado, sprinkling of feta, pepitas for some crunch, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over arugula and spinach or eat by itself! Damn delicious and packed with healthy fat and protein! #mealprep#wintheweek#loveyourbody#eatgoodfeelgood#eatcleantraindirty
