the stuff that makes your heart beat faster. and makes your eyes glow when you do it or talk about it, no matter if it’s hiking, yoga, gardening, science, painting, meditation, photography, going for walks, helping others - do that. and do it as often as you can. because that’s what life is about. creating as many passionate, happy moments as possible. don't let anyone stop you from doing the things you love - especially not yourself.
hey y'all so today was a good workout, and i'm so satisfied with what we did today. it was a good ab/arm day and boy, did we workout our abs!! but the pain is worth the victory in the end. i'm still frustrated with the fact that i'm now sitting at 112... and the fact that i look no different. well...i sorta do but not much and that makes me so upset.. BUT like i've said before, it takes time, patience, and dedication. i just have to keep working on my diet and keeping on my workouts and making sure i'm giving it 110%!!! anyways, hope you guys have a good thursday and be happy that tomorrow is finally FRIDAY! woooo! ♀️ #needthatass#loveyourself#fitness#abdayeveryday#armygirlfriend
Ok - I feel like I need to share this as I feel very accomplished. This month I have helped EIGHT different people (so far) start their journey with health and fitness to lead a happier and healthier life. They have trusted ME to help them reach their goals! I really don’t know why I didn’t start this earlier because the happiness this brings me is so unbelievable, it makes me feel alive! Another incredible part of working for this incredible company is the fact that I was able to pay for the airfare & hotel for a trip to California that Sean and I are taking in April with only 2 weeks of pay! Our first REAL vacation together:) Its always a little awkward to talk money as coaching is 100% about helping people and their transformations but I had to share because this is huge for me!
I want to thank all of you guys for your support through this journey. Helping others take that step to want to live a healthy lifestyle and feel comfortable in their own skin is so amazing! I wanted to share this because I know there is others out there who could use this financial bonus as well! .

Dinner at my parents' tonight because I don't care how old I am - when I'm having a tough week, I always want some lovin' from my mom and dad this meal was 10 points which only puts me at 19 points for the day so far, so you already know what's going down tonight. Hint:

1. Used to love it, got scarred for life when some old lady with warts gave them out in handfuls (not in the wrapper or anything). In hindsight it probably wasn't a big deal but my parents freaked so now I'm terrified of it
