LEG DAY just some of my faves! Sumo Deadlifts + Lunge High Knees BIG tip to grow your glutes: keep it tight on the way down [and up of course] during your movements. Oftentimes people will soften their glutes on the way down... but the eccentric contraction [lengthening phase] is really where we make the changes! So keep it tight and be sure to squeeze those cheeks!!
Heres a litle Kettebell flow I use to warm up and prep the body for some squats.. A warmup should prepare not only your body, but also your mind for what’s to come. The Dynamic Warmup is the foundation and starting block of each training session, consisting of two phases that activate and mobilize target muscles, as well as engage your central nervous system. Stair master or static stretching AINT a warm up!!!! 10 reps of each 3 rounds
