☠️ Deadlifts ☠️
We perform many types of deadlift variations: Romanian (standard), sumo, suitcase, single leg deadlifts etc.
The most commonly scaled version we do, is the stagger stance deadlift.  The set up is similar to the conventional deadlift, but you simply slid one foot back a 10-12 inches.

This variation allows for better balance, fewer muscular imbalances and fewer injuries. And is the perfect progression to the single leg deadlift. •
With the slight stagger, the front leg, glute and hip is doing a bit more work than the other, but it still allows us to lift some very large weights meaning we still get a strength adaptation. • 
What that means is we have the ability to move a lot of weight while helping our legs and posterior chain balance and become stronger.
