This has been my life for the past week!
Messy hair, no makeup and workout clothes 24/7
With that comes feeling absolutely amazing I was scared to jump. Scared of what people might think. Scared of what my hubby would say. Scared that I would look unreliable.
But, I chose not to listen to my completely ridiculous fears because my gut was telling me to JUMP!
I’ve just double promoted in less than two weeks, I’m inches away from my first (of many) cash bonus and I’m loving life
My #mood is 1000 times better, I’m #sleeping better, I’m saying adios to my #mombrain ♀️, my weight is dropping and I’m just HAPPY!

If you're a parent or caregiver to a little one chances are you're going to have some Disney track stuck playing in your head constant. BUT on the rare occasion you have a normal song drop in. PAY ATTENTION to that. Thats how my intuition talks to me. And I guarantee this happens for everyone else too
You can hear it the most clear as soon as you wake. Thats why most teachers will tell you that it's best to meditate in the morning, even better just before the sun rises where the Veil falls thin, if we get quiet enough we can hear the whispers

When I sat down to write my "resolutions"/ intentions for 2018, I couldn't stop thinking about things I wanted to accomplish in 2018 and the personal growth I have envisioned for myself! My approach is always to take baby steps when making major changes. So why not set 1 or 2 intentions to focus on manifesting over the week?!

These weekly intentions are actions that will help you eventually reach your overarching goals/resolutions.
Next rephrase it as an intention. (Examples: I will... I intend to... )
I will see the positive in the situation.
I intend to be more kind to others.
Set your intentions on Sunday night or Monday morning. Repeat your intentions every morning as a reminder of what you are to focus on.
