I’ve quit smoking last week in addition to eating better and I want to try taking better care of my skin, smoking, eating garbage and not exercising has probably already taken a bigger toll on me than I can realize so I’m enjoying this lil face mask :D I only weigh myself weekly so I don’t know what I am now, but I’m wondering how often I should do progress pictures. Should I do them every two weeks? 3? One month? (I’m very excited to have progress pics, hence why I’m so excited about them lol) can someone give advice on that?
