Most people put up with pain. You'd be surprised how often I ask a new client how long they've been suffering and they tell me 6 months, a year, 18 months! They try and work through it but pain doesn't go away on its own. They end up going to a G.P and they get prescribed pain killers. I've got no problem with modern medicine but in my opinion, when it comes to muscular injuries, pain killers should be a last resort because you're dealing with the symptom not treating the cause. Pills might stop you hurting but they won't necessarily solve the problem and are you really going to take painkillers for the rest of your life?

Through assessment and sports massage we can find the cause and treat it. Why are you in pain and where is it originating from? Once you know that you can make a plan for recovery.
