Day 24:
Gosh it feels so good to be back to normal and back on the program!! Could definitely FEEL a difference having these shakes again!
With the nutrition, I feel like Iโ€™m back at square one and trying to train my stomach to eat this much again. After 24 hrs of not being able to hold anything down, itโ€™s definitely a challenge but I know Iโ€™ll get there because Iโ€™ve done it before
