Flashback to our Shabbat meal in Paris! One of the great things about the Sabbath is that we don’t stop working because we’ve finished. Instead we stop to remind ourselves that He is in control and not everything depends on our efforts! Thankfully. Hope you’ve had a good rest! Shabbat shalom!
A’mein !!! Read truth will set you free ! ・・・
People are beginning to wake up to the truth! Context is SO IMPORTANT! It won't be until the 1000 year reign is up when Yeshua restores the earth. The heaven and earth is still here and so is the sea. Pain, suffering, and tears. So then the law still applies until the new heaven and new earth after the 1000 year restoration and reign of Yeshua "Jesus" as it is a shadow of things to come...
Go ahead keep seeking answers from men to comfort your lifestyle, meanwhile the answer is in front of your eyes and you feel it in your heart, yet many will still reject all that is written above by seeking council from another man teaching Gods word...I'm not Preaching, only teaching...
Many say but the law is done away with because my pastor showed me in Galatians and Colossians and other letters by Paul...You misunderstood Paul because you rely on doctrines of men...Paul was a GENIUS! Even the apostles couldn't understand him..Even people can hardly understand Einstein yet you feel you're an expert Without the holy spirit and the Jewish Roots, you will NEVER understand Paul who is also a Jew...
The law applies, if you read your Bible and understood the Jewish roots and loved God with all your heart, soul, and mind through the holy spirit. You would then be able to know what exactly doesn't apply and what does, the sacrificial system of animals is temporarily on hold until Yeshua's return...Read Gods words and love them without Doctrines of men, a pastor, and books by men. You will see it if your heart is right.. ....Shalom #godsword#photooftheday#endtimes#people#talmud#yeshua#christian#truth#cool#endtimes#life#prophecy#faith#god#messianicjew#telaviv#life#real#Godslaw#like#bible#lawless#torah#love#church#sin#family#neviim#tanakh#messianicjewish#israel#promise
Pretty clear what the biggest focus of my 2017 was! Releasing The Jewish Jesus kinda felt like having a new child in the family - took plenty of preparation and planning, but once it was here it was about nurturing and watching it grow! Been to Australia, Israel and America twice, spoken a whole lot of times, and met some amazing people along the way. Big thank you to all of you who have supported it and us so far. Like a child a book develops a life of its own. Looking forward to seeing where it takes us in 2018!

Hanukkah Day 8 - Increase – This one is pretty simple really – the miracle grows each night, and so does the joy. The light gets brighter. The sight is more impressive as each candle is added.
Jesus said the Gospel (good news) about him would be preached to the whole world, so all people would have the opportunity to receive the light that that servant candle offers and join the other candles. The prophet Isaiah said, ‘Of the increase of His government there will be no end’, as he foresaw the incredible things that were to come.
Moreover, although we live in an age that often emphasizes individual freedoms over shared values, we are designed to live in interdependent communities with one another. This is how we begin to recognise and demonstrate that the whole can be greater than the sum of the parts – the light that shines as the candles are together is that much more vibrant and interesting than each individual candle on its own. Unity does not necessarily mean we all agree on everything, rather that we are together despite all differences, learning to love one another, and to focus more on what brings us together than what separates us. That is how we shine the light.

Hanukkah Day 7 - Purification – Hanukkah represents a time when the Jewish people found the Temple in a terrible, defiled state. They began the process of cleansing and purifying the whole place. This meant identifying in every area – what belonged there, what needed to be chucked out, what needed to be replaced, what was missing?
In the same way we can use this time to consider – what belongs in my heart and what does not? What belongs in my mind and what does not? So much change begins when we acknowledge those things that need to go and those things that need to come! It is God who begins to help us and who supplies what is lacking when we do this! (Samih and @ola_bola - two of the purest hearts!) #hanukkah#chanukah#spotthehanukkahpig#awkward
Hanukkah Day 6 - The Home – Thinking of the Temple may fill us with awe and wonder, yet the holiest place in it actually contained items that represent and remind us of a home – a table for eating, a fire for light and warmth, a washbasin for washing. The true miracle is not that we have esoteric or mysterious knowledge, it is that God can actually enter the seeming ordinary-ness of our everyday lives so they can be used for His great and loving purposes.
This also reminds us that spirituality begins not in a building as such but in our hearts and in our homes. God began the work of the redemption of mankind with a family – Abraham’s family. The idea in Judaism is that our homes must be ‘Migdash me’ot’ or ‘small sanctuaries’. Hanukkah is a time to remember this. Jesus said ‘If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him’ (John 14:23). God is looking for a home in us and our families!
Hanukkah Day 5 - The Oil – Jewish people eat foods cooked in oil around this time, like doughnuts and potato latkes. The whole Festival is about remembering the miracle God did in making the oil last 7 days longer than it should have, which allowed them to keep the flames burning in the Temple till new sacred oil could be made.
The New Testament writers make it clear that we are the temple of God, our hearts the place where heaven can meet earth. And the oil represents the Holy Spirit, who Jesus said would come to actually live in those who believed in Him. Jesus even said that the Father would give the Spirit generously to those who ask – as much as we are willing he will fill our lives with his Spirit, who brings love, joy, peace, and so much more. Paul said that we carry this great treasure in earthen vessels (2 Cor 4:7) - our ordinary and imperfect lives.
Hanukkah reminds us that God can do great things in and through us as we allow Him to fill us with His Spirit – even when it starts as a trickle! #hanukkah#chanukah#jewishmonkey#isaacvictor
