It’s January. That means the cardio machines at your gym have likely been usurped by the hoards of New Years resolution gym goers... what do you do? Want to get a good sweat without standing in line for a cardio machine?
I’ve got a quick metabolic circuit for you intermediate to advanced fitness peeps! (Beginners, I have some videos in the works for you, too!) This circuit is great as a finisher at the end of a strength workout or as a stand alone quick 30 min workout.

3x20 moderate-heavy kettlebell swings
3x1 min up downs
3x15 push-ups, elevated feet
3x10 each side high plank knee-ins
1x40 light kettlebell swings
1x1 min reduced height up downs
1x15 push-ups
