There are so many benefits to daily meditation! Having a regular daily practice can change your life. It can reduce pain and stress, calm the mind, help with addictions and habits, as well as increase your connection to the divine. 🦄
I practice a morning Sadhana which comes from kundalini tradition. It is best to do your Sadhana in the wee hours of the morning between 3-6am while the veil between the worlds is thinnest. It is much easier to stay on long periods of meditation during this time. 💗
But I also meditate at different intervals throughout my day. Just a few minutes can shift your perception and make you see a situation differently. Being able to take that second to check your intuition on something is so beneficial! 💫

Why the challenge?
How often do you challenge yourself? I mean do something your not sure you can actually do? Maybe something that may be hard, requiring discipline and patience?
Every week I do lifts that are hard, that require me to show up for myself and my progress. That remind me that the only person who get to affect how I feel is myself.
You don't have to lift weights to do this (although if your interested I highly suggest it). You can do any form of sports and exercise, go on adventures to new places, challenge yourself to learn something new try something new. The capacity to be in command of your life and your experiences is just crossing that line, that little tiny thing called comfort zone.

Sacred death. Death of a way of being or living that’s no longer working.
Knowing it’s time to let go of something we’ve strived for & cherished so hard. Moving into the unknown, trusting your path will unfold, from total mystery into something even greater than before, in even higher alignment and joy, moving on even though you don’t yet know anything other than what’s not working anymore.. accepting that something that once did, doesn’t light you up anymore. All there is to do is allow death in and put one foot in front of the other, with choices made from love & deepest truth, bringing you home to yourself... the Prince of Pentacles teaches us patience, diligent preparation, absolute trust in your own sacred & divine timing.. and then one day, ahhhhh The Sun! Precious new light after all was dark, illumination, a new perspective with answers previously unseen, sometimes they were right there all along you just weren’t ready for them, some realisations need their incubation period (!!) Every spread tells it’s own story. Here the transformation that Death (top left) brings, from inner disharmony, clearing space in order to welcome in the new with the energy of beautiful Temperance (bottom right) making magic in her cavern, in balance & harmony, knowing she is exactly where she needs to be.
My biggest joy of 2017 was discovering Tarot. For me it’s is a language in pictures. Its a conversation with our higher self, a tool which allows us to listen deeply to the messages from our soul, & understand our inner processes. I love it ❤️ being such a visual person I resonate deeply with a spiritual practice that speaks to me in images.
