It’s Sunday! Did you REST today?
I always come up with these grand “to-do” lists in my head but on Sundays I end up just resting and hanging out with the fam. And hello - my hamstrings are SORREE from my last workout! So I def didn’t make it to the gym.
Rest + Recovery are so important for us physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. We need it! And have to have it. And I don’t know about you, but sometimes it just feels good to do nothing.♀️
Sometimes I do sneak in a little work-from-home because it’s just too easy! How many jobs let you work from your smart phone?!

What do your Sundays look like?
Digestive issues are something I deal with on a regular basis I know pretty quickly if I have eaten something that isn't sitting well with my belly, as quick as a few bites in
