I hate that dreaded question at 5pm on a week night: "what's for dinner?" The past couple of weeks have reminded me of this . Usually it isn't a problem because I have a plan and everything is prepped but I slacked the past couple weeks and I was amazed at how much more work it was to prepare healthy one meal at a time. EXHAUSTING LOL

Today’s workouts was almost as hard as giving birth without an epidural! I know because I did it!
So many times I wanted to press pause, be done or half a$$ the move. BUT I knew that it would only HURT my goals.
No one said this was easy but the hurt pain goes away as soon as it’s over.
The regret of not finishing a workout will last a heck of a lot longer!
