What my mornings have been looking like lately, I love it ☺️ I have had a couple friends ask what I use in my smoothie bowls so I decided I’ll start sharing what’s in them underneath! 🔹1/4 cup frozen strawberries 🔹1/4 cup frozen bananas 🔹2 chunks frozen mangos
🔹1 cup almond milk 🔹1 tbsp moringa superfood powder
🔹1 1/2 tbsp chia&flaxseed powder
🔹honey
🔹fresh raspberries
With honey nut dream granola, fresh raspberries, blackberries, a scoop of organic peanut butter and honey on top.

Mango juice 💖🍵✨ for breakfast please! Made some yummy omelet 🍳🧀 with cream cheese to start my morning. Watching the film JAWS 🦈 before I head out 💞 it's a good morning. It's a little cloudy today 🌫️🌦️💧 with little bit of rain, but it's all good. I also did a bit of tidying up with my room and helped out my mom. Productive morning 📋✒️💕

Now to that #diet thing. For those of you who have been asking me this week about what I #eat to maintain... no. I do not just eat salads like you’re assuming. I do eat #carbs Let’s not forget that I need to function and if I don’t eat a balanced diet I am not a very nice person lol This was my #breakfast and part of my snack this morning. As you can see it is more then what you would expect calories wise. As I have said many times, you do not need to starve yourself and workout for 3 hours a day to lose weight. At the same time, you do need to make changes to your #lifestyle if you want to see changes in your body. You just need to make the right kind of changes so that you don’t crash diet and then gain the weight back. I have lost my weight in the first 16 months of my #weightlossjourney and have been able to keep it off 3 years after. I did not crash diet. I have kids and a business and a life. I wanted this to be a permanent thing that I could maintain. So for those of you struggling with #weightloss and thinking you need to starve and workout 3 hours a day while giving up your life, there is a better, more effective way.
