DB RDLs superset with Goblet pulse squats x12 (3 sets)

Landmine RDL to Landmine Squat x12 (3 sets)

Leg press drop set - start with your heaviest weight, complete 10 reps, then decrease the weight and do another 10 reps. Keep going until you physically can't do anymore..OUCH 😰

Calf press x15 - 3 sets 💪🏻
