One of my favorite places in the world looking beautiful in the snow.
Last year I traveled back and forth from WI to IL and it reignited the fire to keep pushing towards my goals and passions. I had to shift my mindset from complacent to GROWTH. If you have a dream you’ve put on a shelf, dust it off and GO AFTER IT!
If you’re looking for a way to jumpstart a mindset of growth in your family with your kids or you’re a teacher looking to motivate your students I’VE GOT YOU COVERED! I created a Growth Mindset Starter for Kids and it’s waiting for you to download. I have a special link in my bio just for you
A year ago I listened to a speaker talk about moving the needle in your own life: We were asked, What gives you energy and inspiration? What does your ideal day look like? This made me reflect on my life and what was going to move the needle. I’m so excited to have re-vamped my website and made goals for 2018 to empower the next generation of leaders!
Website link is in my bio if you want to see what its all about!
Nothing like letting someone else pamper you! Who wouldn’t want a personal makeup artist available 24/7?!! @kaitlinmpickrel has the passion, excitement and heart for a safer and cleaner lifestyle. As a result, she #joinedthemovement to move the needle in the cosmetic industry. It takes a village to make your voice heard and create change, so let’s link arms and push through.
Typical: when the coach steps in for a team WOD, they do all the work. (Actually- I’m pretty sure it was the other way around.) The best part about CrossFit is working out with friends. While PR’s are awesome and competitive times are cool... nothing beats building connection in the trenches.
Thanks for letting me step in @carriea1022 and @kimmiegaudette !
Ugh I wish I had wavy hair. I don't. It's stick straight so I put it in a bun every day and hope for decent volume.
Sorting through all my to-dos actually worked out in my favor today. I sent some scary acting emails. I caught up on coaching. Speaking of hair, I actually set up my highlights for next week (I'm the queen of putting that stuff off). And now I'm doing some research on film distribution. Later tonight it'll switch to research for the next script.
The best question it seems to ask myself lately is, "What can I do today - with my resources I have now - that will move the needle for me?" And that's a pretty good motivator for me to actually do what I say I'm gonna do. I got really annoyed the other day with staying still in certain areas of my life. Not anymore. Move the needle.
