Weekend meal prep & Friday night tandoori curry. I’ve a Christmas night out tomorrow so I’ll be drinking and eating whatever I like these wee curry meals will keep me back to normal on Sunday without having to make much effort when I’m hungover. If you plan ahead you can enjoy your nights out without it turning into a whole weekend of impacting your goals.
For 4 portions:
600 g of chicken
Bottle of tandoori marinade(260g)
1 or 2 peppers
Add 125g of rice.
Around 500 cal per serving
