Haven't gone to the gym in a few days, so here's a photo from my last leg day and it was a rough one I'll tell you that.
Heres a circuit I've been doing because I'm usually short on time-
Heavy squats 6-10 reps SS deadllifts 8-12 reps SS (use that same bar you used for DL) for hip thrusts 12-15 reps
Repeat until dead #happylifting#yestherewasaguythere#noidontcare
Keep going! You're almost over the hump!
