In the spirit of Pantomime season “ITS BEHIND YOU”..... well this is what’s behind me, I know looking in the mirror and checking yourself out feeling good is a MUST but don’t forget to treat the people to a view from behind. To many train just the ‘glamor muscles’ and only what you see in the mirror. Train your back, gain better posture (ie: not kyphosis a forward rounding of the shoulders) and walk tall looking good from all angles!
