Finally some progress I am happy with. Abs are tricky, very tricky at the best of times. For me it's usually the last place to lose fat, so maintaining muscle everywhere else and still stripping back the midsection is a full time job. Starting to see a bit of reward now though.
32Β°C by 10.30am here today so a bit pleased I got into the gym at 9 for an hour and a half. Lower body and abs.
Felt a tad fatigued in the quads and gluts after last nights 30km standing spin so everything was lighter by 5-10kg.

For most of us it's difficult to find the time to meal prep, let alone get our butts to the gym at least four days a week. I have trained and currently train clients who have used @feedmyfit and seen amazing results, one of which who lost 100lbs thus far! Prepared meals takes the guess work out of achieving your goals and sets you up for success! We all spend money on random items or fast food we could live without. Yes I'm guilty too. So why not put it towards something which will benefit you in the long run!!
