One arm, UNLOCKED . What's up folks, this was something I've been tossing around for a few years and decided to try it again. With all the extra chinup/pullup training I've been doing in the last 6 months, looks like I finally got it. I still needs work but its going in the right direction. Need to work on the shoulder stability and keep my body tight and closer together. The moment you begin to twirl around like I did then its a loss case . Best advice I can give is keep trying and don't give up. Sometimes it would be right away but it will eventually get there. Have a blessed one!
