Saturday lunch and it's chestnut mushrooms and a small red onion cooked in olive oil and a splash of white wine with salt, black pepper, wholegrain mustard and fresh parsley. Served in an open ciabatta sarnie with Linda McCartney vegan sausages, flora vegan butter and peppery leaves.
