Early morning harvest, minus the tomatoes - I'll get to them after breaky!
Here's how I'll use this lot;
Onion and Ball Zucchini - Relish/pickles
Tromboncino - Soup for freezing
Zucchini - Grated for freezing, and cakes (to be frozen for school lunches).
Cucumber - Greek salad.
Butter Beans - stir fried.
Snake beans - blanched and frozen.
And the rest is to be gifted to a neighbour this afternoon.
