When have to eat close to 2200 calories to build lean muscle and like flavorful food, you meal prep!
I never use liked eating my veggies, I love fruits & carbs. And now Im eating 7-8 cups veggies a day what a change a healthy lifetime can bring
So here is what I made:
1. Asparagus, carrot, corn sabzi/
Kala Channa in dry masala/
2. Cauliflower roasted (in airfryer) mustard & curry masala/
3. Boiled Green Moong, sprinkled chaat masala/
Dry roasted peanuts /
Side of sweet potatoes .
4. Air fried Broccoli/
1/2 cup veg thai curry (I made it for my family dinner)
5. Packed Hemp seeds into small boxes so I don’t forget .
6. Breakfast will be 2 boiled eggs, a slice of ezikiel bread, nut butter, spinach
7. i will add fruits where needed
