What's okay with you and what's not? What boundary feels like it's time to push? Trust yourself. Trusting myself has been a long, gruelling practice to cultivate. While I am much more in tune with my self trust I have to constantly check in with those questions. Otherwise, I'll get so lost in the patterned thoughts that lead me for far too long. Now, I see them then take a step back. Witness, awareness, no judgment. Those were ways I developed to keep myself safe. The little Jena that didn't have that learned how. In journeying work I have gone back and felt what myself at a younger age was experiencing without the perspective to know. I had to grow up fast. I now have tools, practices and awareness to find solace and healing in the past. But most importantly that wounded child doesn't have to make all my decisions.

We will be discussing this more in depth along with doing the practices in my upcoming workshop, The Dark Night.
Take a peep and see if this would serve you right now.

Giving permission to heal ✨

do not look look for healing
at the feet of those
who broke you - rupi kaur .

It's an interesting thing to think about giving yourself permission to heal from your wounds. Speaking for myself--some wounds have been so deep there are times in my life I was no longer aware of how they permeated my everyday living. I have looked towards figures in my past at the feet of those who have broke me for healing and I'd be lying if I didn't say there are times I still do. .
.
.
I believe there are a few difficult things to do in healing:
1) Own your feelings. You and only you are accountable for you feelings. Using the words like --"you make me feel" takes away your power and your truth!
2) Taking back your power. This often looks like giving yourself permission to feel. Attributing your feelings to yourself. To your experience. Taking the time to go deeper inside of your wound.
.
.
.
These two things can be a lot to think about. Anyone get pissed off reading those two things? Awesome! Look at that! Who have you given your power to? Who are you kneeling at the feet of to have permission to heal? You are not alone in this. This is lifelong work. Be kind to yourself in this process. Give yourself permission to heal. .

Can you feel the tingle? Topical pain relieve. I suffer from pms migraines and my husband has lower back issues. I used cayenne peper from my kitchen plant and dried ones from a local indonesian store. Rosemary from my garden and dried Arnica flowers @sabrina.tulen traded me (😘😘thanks dear Sabrina). A little organic garlic. Can't wait to see (and feel!) the result. Making more than I need so some will be available! 🌶️🌼🌱#herbalmedicine #plantmedicine #natureheals

Always feels like being in a fairytale when walking through the forest.✨ Germany might not have palm trees, white beaches, coconuts, oceans,.. but it for sure has beautiful green forests and fields.🌿 What's the one beautiful thing your country's nature has to offer? Often we sadly don't value the beauty of our own country enough because we see it every day and think it's nothing special. Hope you're all having a wonderful Sunday so far.💕

i love it when a certain information item hits me from several angles and sources simultaneously. that's the universes' gorgeous way of knocking at my door loud enough so i hear it 🚪💟😍 drmercola.com published research by dr. jerry tennant about the link between pH values and millivolts. cells need about -25 millivolts to function properly. that is about pH 7.35 to 7.45. the range our body fights all hands down to maintain for our blood. dr. tennant found out in self-experiment that his brain cells needed a voltage of -50mv to repair from viral damage. a pH of roughly 8. twice the normal voltage. about the pH where kangen water starts. i drink kangen water pH 9.0 and use pH 9.5 for coffee. in the blanche merz book i am reading she mentions a voltage of 70mv 💟🌪️🙏
