Running TOWARDS fear is something I want to work on. I was reading my book last night and I was talking all about fear .. how when we are noticing fear coming up it’s a good thing, it means we are stretching ourselves in the right direction. It’s so hard to embrace something we will never be comfortable with which is why we need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I am SUCH a creature of habit but I’m determined to change this. This book told me to think of my fears as an opportunity to expand rather than things that are holding you back. What’re you most afraid of? Rejection? Vulnerability? Commitment? Change? Stop letting fear run your life .. if you aren’t uncomfortable, you’re probably not growing. And how the HELL boring would life be if we always stayed in the exact same place? BE the change you want to see.
