Have you ever got to a point in your life when you are just exhausted? Whether it's mentally, physically or emotionally? .. I know I have. I get to a point when I'm about to throw in the towel and say not today, tomorrow, or next week. But then I think once again... why I started. Why I wanted to do what I do... I think about those who have it far worse than me and still push on... so... I get up. Dust off and push on....life isn't always easy. Things happen. It's just up to you on whether you push through or not
Round 3- Day 1 of CDF following the hybrid calendar.
I missed 11 days to complete the 60 days. I will have to make it up on rest days or after the 30 days of round 3. But I don't make any promises . Just keep showing up!
