The other night I had the pleasure of meeting with the staff at the Redmond St. Charles Women's Center. The topic of Nitrous oxide came up. Nitrous is making a comeback due to how quick it leaves the body and that the laboring mother can administer it herself when needed. While it doesn't take the intensity away, it gives the mother the ability to cope.
As of right now nitrous oxide is not available at our local hospitals, but my question is, if it were, would you use it?
