Killer new row workout for anyone who wants to try it! I call it freakin 500! 500 meter row sprint to 10 burpees to 500 meter row sprint to 10 pull ups to 500 meter row sprint it 15 leg lifts . Do this for three rounds with 30 second rest in between each round!!! Promise it is insane feeling!
Back in 2007 I had a terrible surgery to my back L5/S1 , my disc popped out. I though i would have not able to play sport ever. I started CF two years ago, I was not even able to deadlift a package of condoms...now I did my PR 170kg. In the mans CF world this weight in DL it is nothing (girls dead lift this weight) but to me it means a lot...I am a better version of my self and a much fitted one!
