Today was a good activity day. Had a pretty great morning cardio session, then killed legsies with my gym gal-pal. Also noticed visible separation between the Quads/Hammies through my pants for the first time ever, so much so that it even showed up on pictures! Iโ€™ll call that a win.

Leg day!!! I am laying on the couch because my legs are shaking so much!! I have to give my dad a shout out because growing up he always said never skip leg day you don't want chicken legs!! Well here I am strengthening my legs! And recently my quad muscles are beginning to pop! I can see them hehe. But shaking they are!
I woke up late that is why I am following the mid day schedule and it is harder for me so tomorrow I will set an alarm and make sure I am up for morning workout! The things you learn never ceases to amaze me. Following a schedule not just for working out but for my nutrition is all new! My biggest advice from this week is to try each schedule to see what works for you! .
