Finished up a crazy leg day with some heavy calf training! By far the best machine for me for growth. Gotta love Bob's and their endless machine selection. Superset 4Γ—10 at this weight with 4Γ—25 bodyweight raises. Remember you're on your feet all the time, so your standard set range isn't enough to stimulate the growth!
