Guys I'm finally doing it. #Whole30 is going down I've heard so many good things about the Whole 30 so I need to try it out for myself. I think this will not only help with my PCOS symptoms but also my relationship with food (cough cough the mini M&M's I bought with this book) I will still continue to drink my daily shakeology (cause duh superfoods) but other than that I plan to stick completely to the plan. I need you guys input, advice, and suggestions!! Let me know what works and doesn't!

When hangover hits. I did not go heavy today since I didn't get enough sleep from the party last night. I just basically did a hypertrophy workout which is focusing on high volume of repetitions. Also, I had to drink Monsters to keep me active during my training. Still, it was a great workout and I was able to finish my routine. #Day42#jarabataktransformation#hangoverworkout
