DAY 25:
Well hello binge-free day, how nice to have you back!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
I decided to take action following Wednesday night’s diet fail (okay fine, 20 days of diet fail 🤣) and tried a macro based approach to the day with a ridiculous amount of #protein and an extra 300 “good” calories to keep me satiated. I think it worked! Downside - it is tough to eat that much protein as a vegetarian without OD’ing on food my body struggles with (wheat gluten/seitan, mucho dairy/#quark, etc.). That said, I’m going to keep experimenting with macros and will see what works!
Side question for the ladies - is anyone else on the #f45challenge experiencing extreme boob shrinkage?!! It feels like my boobs are the only bit of me losing weight 😭😭😭 #ittybittytittycommittee

Bitten by the running bug !!!!! @lexi_hokett completed her first half marathon on Sunday and she is thirsty for more. .

“Coming into my first Half Marathon experience at Austin I had no idea what to expect or what I had just signed myself up for. It can be an overwhelming & rather intimidating experience for a first timer! Lucky for me I was surrounded by a wonderful group of veteran ladies who equipped me with proper training, guidance & expectations. When they sounded the start my goal was to be a " completer & not a competer".. I can tell you my mind set quickly changed by around mile 2 and I was in it to win ( win it meaning beat my time I set for myself). I was blown away by all the people who come out to support you & cheer you on ( if only I had these random strangers in my everyday life). The motivation & confidence boost they give you is a crucial part of these marathons. For me personally the first nine miles was mostly mentally challenging & the last 4 were physically challenging. Coach Carlee's tips about what to keep with me helped me tremendously to fight threw all of the struggles. Crossing the finish line was one of the most refreshing & invigorating feelings I've ever experienced. I am absolutely addicted & with the help of Wahoo can't wait to start training for my next one!”

I use coconut oil within my fatbombs and in some baking. For the most part I will use MCT oil mixed in my iced coffee.
Are the benefits real? Everyone is different, but I have noticed increased energy and focus. This is also a benefit of a ketogenic lifestyle. So I love and enjoy the benefits of it all!
