Looking down & seeing this, it makes me happy that I didn't listen to the people who told me this was going to be too hard, a waste of money, or that I wouldn't have time with my busy schedule... looking down & seeing this makes me realize I'm a lot stronger than I thought, not only physically, but mentally too. Yes, my schedule is crazy. I'm a single mother, who works part time, goes to school part time, is a mom 24/7 (that comes before anything), & I train in between all the madness of life & studying. Nothing is impossible!!! The question you need to ask yourself is, HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT...???!!! I refuse to make excuses for why I cannot accomplish my dreams & goals. Legs & Abs tonight
Warm up set of 15 at 50% of max, then in 3×8 to maximum weight for these 4 exercises:
- Lying leg press (maxed out at 360)
- Leg curls (maxed out at 195)
- Leg extension (maxed out at 255)
- Seated leg press (3×8 at 400)
Sit-ups on incline bench. Increasing the incline with every set of 30.
