¡Buenos días queridos lectores!

Hoy en este martes de BLW, vamos a hablar acerca del pescado, y es qué muchas veces tenemos dudas de si podemos darle pescados a nuestros bebés, qué tipos de pescados, cuáles son sus beneficios para nuestros pequeños, desde qué edad le podemos dar, etc.

El pescado es una muy buena fuente de proteínas, pero además, es un alimento que aporta otros nutrientes muy importantes, y entre ellos encontramos ácidos grasos Omega 3.

El consumo de pescado en los niños es muy importante, ya que este tipo de ácidos grasos participación en la síntesis de estructuras del sistema nervioso, como por ejemplo, las vainas de mielina de las neuronas que participan en la transmisión del impulso nervioso.

El pescado podemos introducirlo en la alimentación de nuestros bebés a partir del DÉCIMO mes. Debe ser preferiblemente fresco, no debe darse crudo y se debe tener mucho cuidado de no darle trozos con espinas.
