Did you know that when received, the whole tuna fish is about 250lb to 600lbs?! We buy blocks of them and carefully cut them into smaller size (Saku) to help prepare it into prep cut for our sushi and sashimi at the counter!
When we do this daily, our skillful Head Sushi Chef cuts this extremely precisely and is careful to minimize waste when cutting.

A creamy dreamy lighter cheesecake made with fresh mangoes, cream cheese, Greek yogurt and a generous splash of Madagascar Vanilla.
